Processing & Shipping

Processing Time

Please allow up to 2 weeks for items to be processed and completed. This does not include weekends and holidays. Party turnaround time is completely separate from regular orders.

If an order is placed that includes ready to ship items, and items that are made to order, the order will not ship until the made to order items are completed. 

Due to the covid-19 pandemic, holiday seasons, and slower shipping times, items could potentially be delayed. If this occurs, I will contact you via email regarding your order.

 

Shipping

Standard shipping is through USPS. Once an order is shipped, it is no longer in my control. We are not responsible for packages damaged or lost in transit. Please be sure the address is correct when ordering.

Tracking will be provided for all orders. There are times that packages do not scan. If this happens, please keep a close watch for it to update, sign up for text alerts for the shipment, and contact me so we can keep track of it as well.

 

Local Pickup

Local order pick up is available in Colon, MI. If you would like to pick up, please select that option during checkout. When the order is completed, you will be sent an email with instructions to pick up.
